If you have 2 or more <!--emo&::onos::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tiny.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tiny.gif' /><!--endemo--> coming over to eat you do you say "2 Onos" or "2 Oni"?



The plural form of "Deer" is Deer" plural forms can end in the same word like Deer or in s,es, ies, or i

or is it Oni pronounced "Ohn-eye"

as in the plural of radius is "radii".

    Well.. if "onos" stems from "Oh Noes!" then a plural of a plural is still the same plural... i say "onos"

    I like Oni pronounced O-NEE because it sounds cool and isn't it the japanese word for demon or something?

    EDIT:and BTW, if you have two or more onos coming to eat you, you say EEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKK!!!!

    Well, I actually use Onoses sometimes. If a non-foreign word ends in s (or x) it generally changes to es.     sometimes when I get excited, I'll call it like 10 different names in a matter of a second or two.

    Hrm... I guess the correct answer is not "2 level 5 Xenomorphs, huh?"

    I always heard of one onos pronounced oh-nus and the multiple being called Oh Noes. Usually with much more excitement in the voice... Can't blame them, poor marines.

    ahh but you gotta admit

    hearing "OH NOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" over voicecom from a 13 year old is almost as good to hear as someone running their nails down a blackboard!

    but hearing someone with mah sexeh voice saying it .. damn theres something you will never forget ... if you can filter out the swearing, other random crap i say .. etc
