The plan is to add them to the backend first (asynchronously with any client patch), and then expose them for shuffle in a future patch once they've baked a little bit and we've checked that they're working ok.
Since the forums are dead because of discord, I wanted to share those who still watch here, that per team skills are implemented in the back end and collecting data.
