Can't build into landscape

I can no longer build into the landscape. Building into the ground used to auto-excavate, but not any more. It's almost impossible to build hidden bases now, unless you want to spend hours with the terraformer.

Terraforming is being removed. Removing base auto-excavate was the next step (this is also why you have had to spawn the terraformer using the console command

That was one of the most fun parts of the game for me. If you're serious about leaving this out of the game, then I'd like a refund.
