It would be cool if there was a bunch of surprise content they put out at 1.0 for us to discover, new fauna flora and subs would be the tits

    I got into the xbox version right at the h2.0 update and I remember just swimming around buzzed out of my mind and suddenly I'm getting eaten by a reaper leviathan

    That's one of the reasons I put the game aside for several months. Expected that it would be finished about now (according to their original roadmap) and I would get to experience all the cool new stuff in official release.

    I've deliberately stayed away from some of the newer, deeper biomes just so the finished product will still hold some surprises for me.

    I've done the same thing myself, I just enjoy the closer biomes and leave the really cool stuff for later, although I'm pretty stoked for the new Xbox update if only for the fps fixes

    This is the main reason I'm trying to avoid spoilers as much as possible and only dabble in the safe shallows and areas around it. BUT then there's those bloody youtubers I can't stop watching!
