Multiple duplicated damaged doors, fragment modules in wreck, followed by crash

Something wacky going on with the north-east Grand Reef wreck in my savegame. The two cutable doors were actually ~5-6 doors clipping into each other, which made cutting through very confusing and difficult. The Prawn Suit grappler arm fragments were similarly reduplicated on the same xyz coordinates, and in other areas the non-meshed fragments were VERY plentiful and often reduplicated inside e.g. thermal plant fragments. I walked (swam) out with a lot of technology.

Actually you can still clear it, you just run the risk of having terrain clip through parts of your base later - especially if it's cleared away large parts of terrain (Moonpools do this a lot...) or if you've been doing heavy terraforming.
Back up your entire saved game folder to a different place. Then clear your cache. Then find what batches your base is in. Then exit, and copy those batch files from the three locations (root slot000x, CellsCache, CompiledOctreesCache) back into your cache cleaned save slot, overwriting the newer files.
I'd edit the OP just to make it easier for the devs if they read it.
Did you try clearing the cache and then restoring only the batches your base was in?
