It would be awesome If there was a freeplay mode purely for freely making bases, artwork or just relaxing and enjoying the subnautica world without any worries for materials, food, drinks, health and other limitations. Yes that means you can also craft anything at anytime without materials. It can be good for exploring the aurora without the suit, swimming around and looking at THIS MAGESTIC GLORY OF A GAME!!! You can also go as deep as you want.

I agree. Essentially, that is what I did with my GorgeCraft mod for NS2. I am making another game which will involve building, but for me, I largely spend my time building stuff.

@gassypod you can use cheats, there are no restrictions. Use google(wiki) to know how to enable and how to use cheats.
