Reinforced items question

Hello I saw the reinforced thing and paid money for the tier that had items that appealed to me. I only just now realized that the Reinforced program happened a year ago. Will I still get my items? I paid $75 thinking I would get them but I haven't yet. I can show proof of purchase or whatever to the proper Admin of the site.

    The reinforcement programm is handled by the humble bundle store. If you have issues with your order please contact their support first: https://support.humblebundle.com/.

    All reinforcement tiers are still avaible. Also there still exists the opportunity to upgrade any lower reinforcement tier later to a shadow one without paying more than differences between your tier and the shaow one: http://unknownworlds.com/ns2/upgrade-path-to-shadow-tier/

    You might want to check first if your reinforcement package is not allready avaible in your humble bundle libary https://www.humblebundle.com/home and the spam folder of the given email you used.

    Thank you for the information. I've contacted their support but there hasn't been a response in over 14+ hours yet. What had happened was I purchased this through NS2 and it only asked me for my PayPal information and I was not asked to create a HumbleBundle account when making the purchase. So I honestly have no idea where the package would have been sent to. I checked the email associated with both my Steam and PayPal and so far there has been nothing.

    The only thing in my email is a receipt for the purchase.

    Did you already tried creating a humble account with that email and checking your library. Overall to buy games at humble bundle you never have to register. And yeah sadly uwe never made it obvious that the payment is done and handled by the humble store.

    Thank you for all the support. I finally got the issue resolved. :D Now I can finally enjoy all the stuff!
