    I have found that stargate, decent and twither no longer work after the update.

    There was a few hours between each of those, the first one was even on a different day lol.

    Looks like there is issues with extra entities mod in this version of combat though causing map issues.

    @ZEROibis‌ You have to change use_own_consistency_config from "false" to "true" in your ServerConfig.json. Since 267 servers use the default consistency check unless you change that value. The maps you are having problems with all need a modified consistency check to work.

    Is combat mod working? I'm trying to load it via the webui and it doesn't seem to be up. Can't test it since my desktop is being shipped.

    Yes it is working but you have to use the mod that Ghoul fixed.

    OK, using the webui, I added combat 267 from the workshop, ensured it's checked in my mods list but doesn't load up. Help?

    I would always recommend to maintain the mapcycle yourself and not to use the webadmin ui for that.

    The support staff for my server also had no luck loading combat - according to them "No matter what i tried, i deleted map caches, configs, installed you again cleanly, every time the server is started it spams this error and does not load any map."

    Not sure if it's been reported here or not, but aliens can heal the hive during overtime. Otherwise it's working fine.

    This mod is totally broken with 268 and won't be updated anymore. If you enjoyed combat wait for the SA and buy it.

    Really those guys at faultlinegames spent thousands hours developing both the mod and the upcoming SA . At least for me it sounds fair to pay them a few bucks to support and honor their work.

    Does this mean NS2 Combat is gonna be forsaken for the future? And so, the only way to play again will be through the Standalone? Even if, that makes sense & seems legit, as new developers, they need to focus on their whole project & only on their project, selling a ton of their games (I hope so), I'm a bit disappointed to hear the mod itself won't be updated anymore. I'm not a modder so I have no idea how that stuff works but it is so hard to keep it update for the next builds? (no need new changes or something), only keep it playable. I don't often play on Combat servers but I know a bunch of people who like this.

    @pelargir sadly yes we have stopped supporting combat the mod for a couple of months now, we have been updating it from fixes from the community so if someone does fix it we will update it. on a separate note official Combat is not far off from release so keep an eye out and let your friends know, if you guys enjoyed the mod I think you will love the tweaks and updates we have put into the stand alone version.
