1) Escape Menu-> Settings scroll bars are buggy. They let you scroll into underpopulated area, sometimes indefinitely.
2) Ability to queue for a full server.
3) Some stats on a selected server, what players are in, game progression (length of match) etc.
4) Ability to exit an Exo.

2-You can do this through the steam server joiner, but yes would be nice to have ingame

5-Global player stats create play styles which take away from fun and make people pad there stats (deliberately not finishing games to 'farm stats' could not disagree more.

7-Don't unplug your soundcard while in game!?
The way Windows allows games to handle sound is more to blame here than UW, please tell me a game you CAN unploug a USB soundcard and reconnect it with out causing you to lose sound or crash.
8. If a marine commander beacons all marines to base, but you are already in base, it should not re-beacon you. The amount of times I have died as a result of being beaconed into an onos or similar is frustrating.
Still an awesome game
