Better than the oneliner tips at the bottom
I've played the beta for a long time and I still don't know what each of the alien upgrade chambers look. This could be easily teached to the players by replacing the current loading screens with infographics:
Each infographic could contain a few images of a given chamber, weapon or a lifeform and some additional information, like abilities, what the chamber does, how much does it cost etc.
The infographics would change in a slideshow and the player could also press space and/or arrows to get next slide.
EDIT: Here's an illustration what it could look like:

EDIT: Because the balance variables are still subject to change, the infographics could be drawn without their exact health/armor/cost variables, which are the most probable things which might be adjusted.

Even as "old school player" i don't know what everything did in Ns2, so this would be very helpfull.
At lease that is the weakest part, not gameplay or something important.
It needs to be an editable text what with supporting other languages as well as balance changes.
The text could easily be generated at runtime and drawn on top of the background image.
