I'm really not sure about the non-NS-ish parts of the map. Looks weird. Maybe I'll adjust. However, the comical clutter like "Thirsty Onos" and that stuff shouldn't be that apparent. When I happened to see the poster in a corner on Mineshaft about the "It Hovars Without Flappin" horror movie, I smiled, but in Docking a room has an Onos head on the wall, there's loud music playing in a bar...? What...?

Fantastic, looking at the rooms as they are shown in that video: without infesty, and then with infesty. The satisfaction for UWE must be tremendous, seeing how everything comes together - how the engine turns the maps into pure awesomeness. Like the props and textures weren't awesome enough by themselves.
It's going to be like back in NS1: People will just hang out on the maps - not to fight, but to enjoy the view.
A great reward for all the work, work and rework you had to put down the past couple years.
On the one hand the detail really seems to add a lot to the immersion, and the feeling that you are in a world with a story. On the other hand I can't help but wonder why there's a resource extraction nozzle in a bar. :p
Regardless, looks beautiful, and that was some top notch editing and recording done for that video. Very exciting combat footage. I laughed out loud when the guy turned around and saw the Onos in the bar.

Looks amazing! Definitely getting a Nancy vibe from this one, which was my all time favorite map in ns1.
Every trailer I watch I get incredibly re-excited and have to play again, but I find myself getting frustrated at the performance.
How is the overall stability of the game coming? Having not played for a while before a couple rounds last night, it seems like there is a lot more frame loss, especially as player count on a server rises. I could barely run it at medium settings last night, when I used to be able to run high without the same slideshow effect.
also, i really like the room designs. some of those rooms like the one with all the pillars look like they will have a lot of varied gameplay and become intense battlegrounds.

As i watched the video for the first time and "Summer 2012" came up with 15 seconds left on the video I was ready to jump out of my seat if they did an Exo sneak-peak.
Even though they didn't, I am really looking forward to playing this map.
awesome , reminded me of start of Half-Life, the bar needs a working jukebox with the fan songs from NSRadio and add NS2 ones as they become available. Would be great to hear those songs playing.

The thirsty onos area reminds me almost of AVP 2010 game. There is a bar scene that was really cool, as the club still has music and effects going even though it had been cocooned and taken over by the aliens.

A lighter map :D Thanx very nice I like this map
I like the hanged box moving while lerks were around it.
I like the ship docking and docking station
I like all rooms
Very good job
Maybe that'd be something for the pre-game countdown phase?
It really looks better than I expected, so polished.
Sounds super cool how the marines will all exit a space ship at the start of rounds.
Will docking be released for the next patch?
