$40 for the alpha/beta + 'Black' Marine skins (I'm assuming you mean armour) and $20 for the full game with no previews and no frills attached. Seems okay, I just wonder if the people who know the game best (generally people who have 'grown up with NS', who are in their 20s or late teens now and have less disposable income considering the current recession) are going to be shut out a bit by the +$20 for aplha/beta testing.
Incidentally, the F4 on the door in the teaser was a nice touch. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

I feel like I owe you money for the amount of game playing I got out of NS1 so I was happy to preorder the special edition.
I didn't notice at the time but I hope preodering won't exclude me from adding the game to steam?

Im just wondereing that since i ordered that special edition, i get first acces to alpha. Any idea when that Alpha comes out?
Well I've played NS for the best part of 7 years without paying anything so I pre-ordered the Dulux version too (Little worried about the lack of steam support with that though).
Can't wait for the alpha / beta / release and giving some first hand feedback.
I have watched it about 100 times today I can't get enough of it. Congrats guys, you have come a long way.

One question though, I noticed the sound behind the door appeared to have an occlusion effect applied to it (or so it seemed). Is this actually a feature of the engine, and if so, what API are you using for the sound if you don't mind me asking.

The Pre-ordered Versions won't be linked to steam, is that right?
And what can we Germans expect from the steam-release? A delayed and cut release? Just a delayed release? Or will be actually get a full version the day it releases?

Hehe, it seems a lot of people bought the special edition, and rightfully so. As countless people have stated before me, you guys do deserve this.
Seeing as SO many people have pre-ordered the special edition; couldn't you maybe make it that instead of just getting the special black armour, you can sort of customize it a bit as well? Nothing over the top (e.g. super bright pink armour with green arm bands and ponies), but just budges/decals etc. Just an idea...
Just kidding of course, I did pre-order the deluxe edition, as a thank you for the developers.
