Wow, that was a very good read, and actually (and even astounding to myself) i don´t really care if that is fake or not, since it wouldn´t really change my view of the world if there are ghosts around or not. Well, it could be true and it would be definitly cooler if it was than not, so i think i´ll say its true. Cospiracies FTW.
WEll, could you tell us where exactly the picture was taken, preferrably with a map or something!

1: "It's easy to be brave from a safe distance." "Psh, don't scare me!" Well, being in a situation like that, regardless of its validity at this point in time, is completely different from talking about it afterwards. If you're all finished flashing your e-familyjewels, maybe we can get on with the thread, then?
2: This thread's starting to derail, I'd like to keep it open until CF can get a picture of the same area in daytime, so drop the petty dancing and keep on track.
I haven't read the entire thread but I've had my own experiences. My mom used to own a bar in Philadelphia. It was mildly successful and was doing pretty good then we started to notice some rather odd things. The jukebox would turn on. Unplugged not even near the wall and it would just turn on and play 1 song then shut itself off. It did this about 3 times a week. My mothers keys would relocate themselves. Now this doesn't sound like much but I remembered EXACTLY where she put them. Me and her the only people inside at the time and they moved to the other end of the room. The most convincing stuff happened when the coowner was around. He was a real **** and a coke head to boot. His stools would literally fly out from under him while he was sitting down. The most amazing thing though was when an ash tray flew off the table at the guys head. Mind you there was only 3 of us present at the time when any of this stuff happened.
We later found out this place used to be an underground railroad stop. We even found an actual human skull underneath in the basement.
Pfff. Ash trays flying at people? Funny, but I'm too much of a sceptic. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Whether or not CF here is pulling our leg or not, I'm a bit skeptical. Next time bring a video camera. If you arent totally **** about this, they obviously appear to show up on film, so you may as well get some motion capture footage next time you spot one.
If one was to judge by her clothes, in all repects it appears she was of the puritan movement. So... that would place her 1800-1900, depending upon your local locale.

Cyndane, are you talking about some non-English Puritans? I'm pretty sure the Puritans came much earlier and more to the south, seeing as how CF lives in Quebec (according to his profile).
