Alright, I'm in Rhodenbank at the moment. I'm going to chill in a random building for the night (or day, as my sleep schedule goes), because I just killed my first zombie at the Cull Avenue PD and I don't want him to get revenge. I'll probably head to Oram or whatever tomorrow.
Speaking of which, can zombies choose who they want to attack?
I think so. I just started up a mock zombie account, and although I only caught one person outside, the human's name came up in the combo box (leading me to believe that zombies can distinguish and attack individuals).
lvl 3 and im really loaded on ammo, a thing that annoys me is the zombos with flack jacket
You are in Oram Walk NeonSpyder? I got out before the barricade became too strong. The outside of Oram Walk is pretty much a hellhole I'm relaying information to the leader of that safe house, Officer Daxx, through the UB forums. There also seems to be a band of humans in Gibsonton calling themselves the Deanimators who are trying to protect Gibsonton. On Oram Walk they spray painted: Gibsonton is protected by the Deanimators. When I got there they took out something like 3-2 zombies since the last time I was there.
If you really want to get into Oram Walk PD, I suggest the free running skill. It allows you to enter buildings with barricades in them.

Oram Walk is very strongly barricaded atm and I had no problem whatsoever to enter and leave it so I think that does not matter except for the z0mb0s.
Question: if you die as Zombie, how long does it take until you rise again and do you loose any XP (I know, there is a Zombie Hunter trait (Headshot) that erases all unspent XP ) I need to know because I'm quite banged up and need to know if its better to retreat ... Besides, is there another way to regain HP as zombie than devour?
Another question: whats a newspaper god for???
@Gwahir: Hi there, I have a necrotech scientist in Rhodenbank next to your position. I'm trying to see which is going better until I descide which one I play ... Name is Milton Butle. I'm going for a hospital and get some medkids. Want to team up?
Zombies can rise again, as long as they have 1 AP. It's just a myth that you can't enter buildings with very strong barricades; I moved in and out freely. Still, free-running is a good addition later, if you don't want zombies with Scent Fear skills to pick up your trail.
Zombies can choose who they attack, but players can't.
Anyone else know any? I know for certain that Heavily Barricaded buildings don't allow entry, only exit. I hear Completely Barricaded doesn't allow exit or entry, lightly-strongly barricaded allows exit and entry.
Edit: Using newspapers *may* give you 1 xp, same with books. Also, my NecTech just needs to find a damn revivication syringe and then I can bring zombies back to life.

So... basicaly, I need at least one AP to find it and then at least 1 AP to get one EXP of it? That does not pay off if you ask me ...
No, it doesn't, but you may find one in your search for other things, such as ammo. If you have extra AP and are inside a building, you might as well use it up.
Oh god.. someone capable of reviving? Im in Nixbank at Holmshaw Lane. That's [4, 76] coordinates.. Im Sir Coby and Im a zombie now. Wishing to be ex-parro- er zombie. phuk..
Hooray, I finally made it to Oram walk Police station. Someone spray painted: The Safest Place I Have Ever Known. -Dr. Yazurae onto a wall.

I'm pretty sure it is; I've been in empty PDs and not found anything just as much as I've found lots of stuff in crowded PDs, so I don't think there's a limited number of items per time. The shopping skill that you can get (+25% to finding something in a mall) also suggests it.

Hmm. I havent really gotten anywhere with my medic so far, So I may as well create a new account and start off from scratch. What class do you recommend?
Don't bother reiviving that guy, Corporal Coleman, he is one of my dead-end characters. The ones that need reviving (if they die) are Crotalus 02 and Crotalus 03.
EDIT: I reccomend the Firefighter. Since your a civilian, all skills are 100EXP. You start off with a fire axe, 25% accuracy. Later you can upgrade it to 40% accuracy. I got 66EXP off my first 50AP you know...
I'd put fireman and private as the best classes, and they both play a bit differently.
Fireman starts off with a fireaxe, a bonus to hit with it, and wirecutters. Wirecutters aren't useful at the moment, but the fireaxe is a 25% to hit with 3 damage. It doesn't sound as impressive as a gun in the hands of a basic cop or private, who start with a 30% to hit with 5 damage pistol, but it has a big advantage: it's not limited by ammunition. No need to waste tons of AP looking for ammo, nor on reloading; in fact, if you're a fireman and you want to scrounge for equipment, go stock up on medkits instead, if I were you. All that AP wasted on searching/reloading can alternatively be used in hacking the undead to death. You can also up the accuracy to 40% by spending 200 XP, IIRC. Although the private only has to pay 75 XP for military skills, he has to fork out for scientific ones; this means that the fireman is a very flexible class, and you can either turn him into a one-man army, a mad scientist, or a mall rat, as the situation warrants.
Private has a slower start game. However, the military skills only cost you 75 XP; you may not level up as fast as a fireman might, but you'll be better off than a cop, and you'll eventually find a flak jacket while looking for ammo anyway. Once you get the bonus to pistol accuracy, you can convert pistol clips to experience in short order, and get that shotty upgrade.
Note that I haven't played as a NecTech guy, so I don't know how good they are in relation to other classes.
