I ran the executable, and it installed everything correctly, but I can't even add the bots to my server. What gives? If it helps any, I'm running Natural Selection through Steam...

I had answered "oh I know what he means and ... the answer is no " but I should have explained what I thought he means (after all, I might be wrong).
I think what he means is bots that do what human players do .. such as the things he requested: Chamber stax (I call is OC spamming since it is usually OC's I see people spam by using usually the coinciding impulse code) and hive builders only ... bots that go from hive to hive and build all 3 hives and maybe go get the rt's too .. but that is all they do. One is taken down .. they go and put it right back up (given they have the res of course).
I decided to correct myself because the 2nd thing he asked ("hive builders") there may actually be.
For all I know hivemind may infact do this. I don't know myself and am curious myself to know too.

If your server runs from Steam your Whichbots would go here: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\blahblah@wuteVuh.net\half-life\ns\addons
Well, first of all, let me tell you all a sad, sad story. My network administrator has blocked the port used by steam! As I live in an apartment complex which has a contract with this evil ISP, I can't dump them and get a new one. That means that I am going through ns withdrawls. I am reduced to playing TCs and mods for HL! (I was not able to log on for a couple weeks and steam lost my login info so I can't even play HL2 until/unless I phyiscally take my CPU somewhere to log on again, bah!)
Anyway, here is the point: I am wondering if I could reinstall an old, non-steam version of ns (I still have the install files) and just play with bots (at least that is something!), but I am wondering if any of these bots would be compatable with the older ns or if there are old versions that I could still download?
I know just enough about computers to be dangerous, that is why I thought I would just ask here rather than play around and maybe screw something up.
Thanks if anyone can help me. Thanks if you can't. You never realize how good you have it until it is too late!!!!

I myself am not familiar with that bot tho .. only the other two
But maybe there is a text file that needs to be edited .. who knows .. isn't there some readme.txt on it?
I've also tried running HLDS to do it, but that gives me an error.
Any more ideas?
HLDS 101
http://hivemind.game-mod.net/
Version is the latest, it just updated via Steam. Same with NS. System specs? 256 RAM, GeForce 4 64MB video card, P4 3.0 Ghz.
Buuut...it only works if I use the console to add bots. For some reason, if I add bots via that menu, it freezes the game...
Or "hive builders only" ??
Gorge bots are pretty cool..
Only way for aliens to get res in public servers...
No one else does it.
