What? You sound as if you think that it's my fault that people haven't figured out a way to implement PvP perfectly yet. My suggestion only combated part of the problem and I know it...
I'm not sure how the experience system works, but maybe you could make it a case of just getting exponentially less XP the less powerful they are compared to you, and not being able to take their items or something.. I haven't played it so I don't know the specifics, but just focus on making the higher level guy less inclined to go out and attack a lower level guy.
But it should be as much a case of the lower level guy having to try and flee to safety anyway; it's his fault if he goes in a fight with higher level people.

I just hit level 10 as a dwarf priest today, This is where it is beginning to be really fun. I tryed all the other races/classes to level 3-4 and got the hang of them. I think I like the priest the best. These graphics are on low (mainly because this computer hes THE crappiest video card on earth) and it still looks pretty good.

Unfortunately I don't know what happened to it. I do however have a shot of the result of lagging out in the middle of fighting 7 Defias Bandits, all of which are level 9 (I was level 8 at the time). This is me 2 minutes later, running for like 10 minutes to pick up my damn corpse. And its kinda cool.
Edit: I need to get some pics of my mad scientist gnome guy doing something stupid... he's really good at that. He blew himself up a few times since it lagged and I ended up clicking on him for the rocket target.
