Care to explain to me what exactly is so magnificant about this piece of demo that it deserved to be a fragmovie. I see a fade blinking back and forth the same hallway for the entire movie, I mean come on... I do find it rather hilarious you keep throwing about fancy names, "exigent this, CAL that", while the marines you were playing, were indeed just proper ****.
The terrible, ego-boosting frag movies that everyone in CS is making finally make it to NS! The actual content of the movie is somewhat dire - watching a fade blink back and forwards to kill the same light marines was slightly intresting at the start when there was a hmg or two, but after a while it gets pretty boring, especially as its only LMGers that you are fighting against, and in such a small coridoor. It also seems that they dont have an armor upgrade for half the movie, as you're killing them in 2 hits fresh from the phase gate. I play fade for my clan too, and I know that this is often what fades end up doing - but watching you for 6 minutes with half of it being you healing at the hive, and with no particularly skilled frags in there was plain boring.
I think if you're going to make a frag movie then it would be better to use several clips of skilled play from various lifeforms (with the boring bits cut out), perhaps with some good marine footage thrown in. Also, if you put a little effort in and make a decent intro & end credits it will make the movie look a lot better overall.

If anyone's interested in the demo I'm gonna check around for the whole match, and maybe then you can have more of an idea of what you're talking about with these "nub" rines.
Align, the scary thing is quite a few arn't joking. They really ought to shut the **** up, because they're bloody terrible at this game.
They were too ignorant to realize that half of the situations Lorn could not be shot due to how he used the siege/TF hitboxes in conjunction with his own correctly, and have never even seen a fade hit the +duck key without being banned from the server they play on. They're also calling the rines "bad" because they figure if the fade could live that long around them, it wasn't good movement skill it was obviously **** aim, and can't get over the fact that someone know's what they are doing way better then they could ever admit and they'd probably have died about 8 times way before they ever escaped the 1st.
I'm going to guess around 5% the total shots missed.
Watch the whole scrim sometime if you want it in all it's glory. It was amazing, probably NS gameplay at its finest. Course, all you 1 server pub champs seem to know what you're talking about way better.
And moo, it's unfortuanate that the large amounts of idiocy in this thread are from european players. Quite a shame too, lots of euro's are good guys. (girls?)
Well about the quality of the video- use the program he's telling you to use to run it, it's actually at 800x600 which is what most people play this game at.

21 kill skulk streaks? Now those are crappy marines, because skulking is very little skill almost all teamwork to it.
Meanwhile a fade can take a bullet or two and so using good judgement in that case is skill. Also we must consider the calibur of the marines you played off against; mine were exigent, you could give any one of those guys an HMG and they would be able to solo you before you get off two swipes. But keep talking about something you know nothing about,

But I really think you could have done a lot better for a skill video. The only "good NS skills" part in the video is the lerk and when the other aliens come to help you bring down all the structures, other than that it's not much to look at, even if none of us could reproduce it(certainly not against the same marines). It simply doesn't LOOK skillfilled, thanks to it being all about when a hive is sieged.

CAL doesnt quite fit to have any standards here in Europe, atleast for people like me who mainly play with euros.
Im pretty sure about any who read these forums know who and how good Exi's ppl was or is, but its been fairly experienced, around here anyways, that the fade needs to have a hellava large advantage over the marines to be able to stay alive long and to frag like a maniac. Now if the fade only was 1lvl celerity, which like, helps none. I dont understand how , or yet why the Exi ppl, in their pro aim and all, couldnt have killed lorn :x .
Apparently, i need to download the video, and maybe the hltv demos if a link is quaranteeded, to see, just why..

The only "good NS skills" part in the video is the lerk and when the other aliens come to help you bring down all the structures, other than that it's not much to look at, even if none of us could reproduce it(certainly not against the same marines).
It simply doesn't LOOK skillfilled, thanks to it being all about when a hive is sieged.
CAL doesnt quite fit to have any standards here in Europe, atleast for people like me who mainly play with euros.
Im pretty sure about any who read these forums know who and how good Exi's ppl was or is, but its been fairly experienced, around here anyways, that the fade needs to have a hellava large advantage over the marines to be able to stay alive long and to frag like a maniac. Now if the fade only was 1lvl celerity, which like, helps none. I dont understand how , or yet why the Exi ppl, in their pro aim and all, couldnt have killed lorn :x .
Apparently, i need to download the video, and maybe the hltv demos if a link is quaranteeded, to see, just why..
