I can't remember where I saw/read it, but some lady did the same diet the guy in 'Supersize This' did, and ended up losing weight and not having any of the related problems. Not that im saying fast food is good for you, but some bodies can handle it better than others.

Also, Jack in the Box has to be the best place I've been to. They have all kinds of great sandwiches (Patty/Chicken melts, Panidos, Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger) and good sides (curly fries, and those oh-so-delicious bacon and cheddar potatoe wedges).

McDonalds has the best normal fries though, Wendy's coming in a close second. The Double Quarterpounder is ok too, but everything else sucks. Their McNuggets are absolutely vile and I don't know why they sell them considering Wendy's nuggets are infinitely better.

Actually, she ate salads and chicken sandwitches, and not nearly to the extent as what the Supersizeme thing did. You eat only Big Macs, pig out on everything you can find untell your stomache feels like it's going to burst, of course you'll gain weight.

In-N-Out wins on burgers, though I don't eat their fries unless they are covered in ketchup. I want to try Sonic, but the closest one to my home town is about 80 miles away, and the closest one to my college town is over 100 miles away.

Jack in the Box is good, but their Pannidos are not.

How long did it take to eat that 20 patty burger?

The diet the supersize me guy did was easy..

McDonalds for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner for 30 days

Had to eat everything on the menu at least once, and if they asked him to supersize it, he had to.

    Simple.

By the 26th day, his liver was shutting down, and at the end of 30 days he had gained 35 pounds..

What I find hard to understand Mullet is not the psychological desire or will to become vegitarian, but the physical possibility. I harbour doubts that we can actually survive and be as healthy eating vegetables alone as we can with a mixed diet.

In contrast, I don't see how you can eat meat like that. :/

I'm not a vegetarian, but the extent of red meat I eat usually comes as a topping in something (a sub, or on a pizza, etc). I mostly eat chicken and turkey... I can't eat steak, it's just disgusting.

The only thing I can stomach at Mc Donalds is the McChicken sandwich and some fries, though it's been a while since I've eaten there.

It also depends on the guys metabalism, generel health and amount of exercise to how the diet he chooses will affect him. Although honestly, a whole month of fast food? If you lasted that long without serious damage, you should be held as the new David Blaine.

Personally I only eat McDonalds when I'm out on a cinema trip or something, its the nearest thing to the cinema I go. Although on the odd occasion I do substitute it for a cafe meal <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I won't lie and be the good-and-healthy-guy. I like Mc, it's pretty good. Not saying that the food is healthy, though, so I try to avoid it (not like I'm addicted to it).

    Fortunately, I haven't been at Mc for a year or more. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

In and Out is by far the best fast food place. Ever.

It's easily a thousand times better than all other burger places combined. Taco Bell is good though <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Don't McD's add beef dripping to their fry lard? Or at least beef based flavourings?

As for burger king vs McDonald's, BK tastes like crap. Complete and utter. Least I can stomach McD's stuff...well, the chicken based stuff anyway, the burgers make me feel sick a lot of the time, shame, because they taste pretty decent (depending on the branch location, for some reason...The Bromley one is better than the Penge one, which is better than the Forest Hill one, though this is all in regards to my stomach tolerance and taste of the food)
  • CyndaneCyndane Join Date: 2003-11-15 Member: 22913Members
Yes, that they do. I prefer McD's double quarters or if you prefer the #4 at least it is here in SD.

TacoBell > McDs... that is all I have to say. :-)
