Ugh. I'd rather cook myself something. Not only is it generally cheaper, it's healthier.

I only go into a McDonalds to use the toilets. They're usually well kept.

Yay, but Supersize is needed back!

Burger King is hella better than McDonnalds. Not only is the foot not dipped in a giant tub of "make-you-even-fatter" grease, but its also larger. The normal sized burger at Burger King is the size of a "Towering Big Mac" at McDonnalds.

If I get McDonalds, it's definately not going to be a burger. They actually had pretty good chicken strips the last time I had some.

    That's just me, though.

When they did comparisons of size portions between old and new and mickyDs and burgerking, i laughed. very much so.

Wendys owns every burger joint in every concievable way. their cheapest burger (about 1.20 CAD) has all the fixen's your going to need, onions, lettuce, tomatos, musterd etc, its a full fleged burger for a buck! insanity!

not to mention the frosties... mmm...frosties....

i don't know where you got your information, but you're dead wrong. Burger King does the same stuff with its chicken and fries as everyone else - fry them in shortening (read: lard).

McDonalds is decent, I usually prefer Burger King when I'm in the US but we don't have them in France anymore...

Oh god, I ate at a McDonalds in France (not by choice, needed a quick meal before Bobital), it was 100x worse than American McD (which is bad), and almost 50% more expensive.

    Yuck.

The only thing I ever buy at Maccas is a chocolate thickshake. Still not worth it for what you get but it tastes good.

McDonalds tastes pretty much the same everywhere I've tried it (and that's at least 5-6 countries. But it is a bit more expensive in europe (though I used to get 1 euro off thanks to my student card).

I like the fries, Filet o fish and cheeseburgers.. I don't really like the more complicated burgers they have D: But I've NEVER gotten sick of McD's, unlike other fast food places.

As much as I keep saying that I need a job, I must specify: I need a job on the West Coast where In-N-Out Burger's can be found everywhere and the amazing Double-Double tempts you with its amazing amazingness...

    I miss California.

I used to like macdonalds, then I used to like burger king, now I'm dislike all fast foods [excluding pizza occasionally]. I'm not a religious anti-fast food, as I am not going out of my way to not have it if that came up, it's just that I will rarely want it. It feels and tastes bad for me, and is. I do enough bad things to my body as it is!

By the way, didn't macdonalds report record losses in profit/customers this last financial year? It sounds like that's why they're moving to the "Healthier, better" food, that is still as crap and unappealing as ever. It's not going to work, but isn't that why they're trying?

Well they took a step in the right direction not too long ago, when they finally decided to use real meat.
