    If you could find a somewhat efficient/small and not very hot/noisy laser at very deep red, very deep blue and very deep green with the smallest amount of unwanted response in the eye(green should cause as little of the "red response" and "blue response" in the eye as possible to achieve the biggest range of possible colours when red, green and blue are mixed) we could finally have a propper green and not a yellowish green thing that we have now in our display tech. And finally we should be able to have natural brightness levels(as bright as sunlight on white-ish concrete.) as well as very very good stereo 3D. If you intend to use this for a display you'd need a dark room or a helmet that well incases you eyes when in use.

    I can see it now, a helmet thing with head phones, a 3d stereo version of this thing with very natural looking colours and brightness and a microphone all in one headset plugged into a noise 2 kW computer with 35 nm sillicon tech and microchannel water cooling directly in the sillicon(arrggggghhhh!!1111 <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->) and graphics cards with 96 bit floating (32 b per component)point colours and half-life 4 woot.

    Well look at bitorrent, I'm sure it wasn't designed with the express purpose of becoming an extremely popular way of transferring miscellaneous illegal... stuff. Yet here we are.
