Speaking of build ups...
My allies and I are going to launch combined fleets of 66,000+CV into the next 2 systems.
w00tage.
2 Guys are our targets. They are both in the same alliance. They have 1 other NAP ally in the area but we already have another 14,000CV fleet in reserve, within mere hours just to deal with him should he decide to come to the aid of his friends.

Good communication is key, I would also like there to be an alliance manifesto/code of conduct.
I like the idea of that alliance that runs like a democracy - forget their name..
This doesn't suit some players - maybe I have a different outlook on how to play astro. I like to make friends and kill those you don't know.

The plans are now complete and everything is set to go.
In 10 hours Operation United Sword Commences in my area of the universe.
Our multi member "coalition" will be launching a multiple fleet invasion force of 66,000CV for the assault of "some not so random guy's many planets" all at the same time.
With another 14,000CV fleet in reserve on standby should our targets NAP ally decide to get involved.

I know ES is after you , and all your [TZAR] mates. I can use my influence to convince them to leave you alone , but only if you don't say anything about it to other TZAR members. I'm going to attack them myself , and there's Little you can do about it.
There's a simple way to have my ES friends stop the attacks on you now : just give them info about your alliance. Since TZAR will die soon there is no point defending it , and you're offered a place in our greater "local" alliance (you know , the one I can *partially* see with my bio 24 ) if you help us.
Please resist the temptation of heroism , you would be denied TSA membership next beta and would once again die with a random , meaningless alliance

The plans are now complete and everything is set to go.
In 10 hours Operation United Sword Commences in my area of the universe.
Our multi member "coalition" will be launching a multiple fleet invasion force of 66,000CV for the assault of "some not so random guy's many planets" all at the same time.
With another 14,000CV fleet in reserve on standby should our targets NAP ally decide to get involved.
Ill post later with the results.
