ok, heres the thing............... my neighbor in my original system has logged on once in 12 days and has not responded to any of his PM's. Now he has some juicy planets, 6 to be exact, and they are just wasting away. I have sent him 5+ PM's asking him is he is still playing and what he wants to do, but no answer. It is NS-Khan incase anyone was curious. When is it ok for me to take his planets? or is it ever?? Ive done really well so far in the game, and his planets could boost me significantly.

Feh, I hate to ask for help like this, but I just recently earned a couple of enemies; I recently just took back one of my lesser planets, except now I have 455 destroyers, 55 cruisers, and 18 battleships heading to my home planet! The thing is, this is the first time I've even been attacked, and I have been focusing my efforts on developing the planets in my system, not my fleet. Anyway, in short, if anybody could assist me at 3/-54, I'd be happy to return the favour sometime...
