I'd have an onos too <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
most pluchie things are made in china/taiwan.well sown together. so, i dont think you'll be able to actually get an european company to make them.
I member seeing a cutegorge model for ns. Does anybody know where to find it? I also tried to look for some cutegorge pictures, but so far found only these (anybody know more?) <a href="http://www.hio.fi/~garo/gorge" target="_blank">http://www.hio.fi/~garo/gorge</a>
besides making a cute gorge scetch isnt hard, its the Kharaa i find the least hard to draw <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
All it is, is a pattern printed on cloth and cut out and stuffed and sowed. There's a local Teddy Bear factory here where live....Sooo...I'll wander over and see how much per gorgie-monster if someone originated the design or whatever.

Well. Since I live in Australia, and this company is in Australia, I could volunteer to be the shipping hub for the first step of distribution. I suspect that it would work by everyone that wants one that's posted in this thread would pledge the amount of money, plus postage, to a paypal account. There probably wouldn't be enough if everyone ordered one, so you may consider ordering a couple with the intention to resell.
The shipping would be worked out as follows:
Main bulk shipped to me.
Selected reshipping agents in all major areas of the world would be selected. One for one for east coast US, one for west coast US and one for Europe. I would ship out a quantity to each of these re-distributors.
Re-distributors send the plushies out to the end customers.
How's that sound for a plan? It would all hinge on getting enough interest to meet the minimum run for this manufacturer.
Scythe, sounds like a very good plan. The problem is convincing the company. I never got a reply, and I wonder if you have better luck. We cannot really start getting any names before we have a company that is actually going to do this.

This sounds like the only workable way of doing this. We would need to know the exact demand of quantities of toys wanted though. It would be unfair on Scythe who ordered say 200 toys and only sent 150 elsewhere. He would have to bear the cost of the 50 toys which are probably quite expensive. Alternatively, if Scythe sent on 199 toys elsewhere (1 for himself ofc), the "redistributor" in the EU could be left with 60 toys and only 20 buyers etc. etc.
The only solution to this that I can think of is for the exact number of buyers and their geographical locations to be known beforehand. OR If someone is generous/rich enough to buy the surplus toys and hold on to them for future sales. The most sensible person to hold on the toys would be Charlie as any future buyer of a toy would probably a) contact Unknown Worlds itself and b) have more trust in buying something which was from Unknown Worlds.
$15, if it includes shipping, is a fair price. If it's $15 + shipping (which probably would take the total price upwards of $25+) then no, not for that price.

I take pride in having the most perverse mind... in the world. I have yet to find someone that equals my perversions. I'm being polite... If you missed my previous post, i was a little more polite about it... My ex wife made me a gorge-plushie at one point... ugly little critter, but... she made it "Dual Purpose" ... Y'all heard of a "Fleshlight"? Yeah... She more or less shoved one of the fleshlight inserts into the back end of the gorgie cuz she heard me say repeatedly that they're so "Cute" and "Sexy" and "I love those phat ######" ... etc... Yeah...
Gorge-Lovin? OH YEAH!

Here's a small scale prototype:
<img src="http://www.hio.fi/~garo/gorge-proto.jpg" border="0" alt="IPB Image" />
The back legs are a bit too long and head is also too big, but anyway, I think she did a great job. Can't wait for the (almost) full scale version <3
Please tell me what do you think? =)
