    I remember a while back and an old girlfriend of mine were going to write the perfect fanfic. It would have a boarding house (run by Sumomo for some reason)where Goku, Harry Potter, Duo Maxwell, Legolas, and probably one of the beatles would have crazy orgies all the time. It would also feature a crossdressing Shinji that would run in from time to time, and their neighbors would be the EVA girls just to add flavor. It was hilarious.

    A friend of mine bought Legolas/Boromir yaoi fanfic off eBay. She then proceeded to get all offended because the only pictures were those she'd seen at the auction and the story was in korean. I had a wonderful time acting extraordinarily weirded out. ^_^

    To be completely fair, there are a few good fanfictions, but so far I've only read two. One was a Mech Warrior one I read during Summer School and the other was a WingCommander-Starwars Crossover...


    Come to think of it, there were a couple good Starcraft ones out there also.


    Don't discredit all fanfiction as being absolutely terrible, just discredit the ones who's 'authors' don't have the gall to write their own damn characters.

    I found a hilarious site where a guy did Mystery Science Theater 3000 fanfiction. What it was, basically, was really horrible fanfiction, and he put comments from the MST3k guys in between the lines.

    Then I lost the website. Maybe I'll Google it later.
