I was driving an attack heli once, hovering near a cap point, and a spec ops parachuted near my chopper, dropped c4 on me while parachuting and detonated it...
and I do agree that squads need variety - I was mostly kidding. I play AT almost as much as medic. I think the mentality of squad leader playing medic is that the SL can hide behind a corner just being a spawn point, doing heals and revives to his squad as necessary, not facing much of the combat himself. in that scenario he shouldn't face getting killed anyway...

Also: I think spec ops is a bit too much of a jack of all trades. Their gun, at least for US and MEC, is way better than any of the others. They have C4, they have nades, they have a silenced pistol. And let's face it, armor doesn't help when you get a bullet in the head so the longer sprint is another benefit for spec ops.
Maybe I am bitter at seeing half a team of spec ops, the other half medics (who at least can help out, even though I see far too many rush past wounded/dead teammates. Myself included.)

Then you can get a 1-2 MB miniISO instead of wasting 700 MB.

Back to BF2! I love it when you have two teams totally using teamwork. I remember spamming to my team "RETREAT BUT HOLD THEM AT YOUR FORMER POSITION!" 5 or 6 times, and suddenly, EVERY SINGLE ONE of them died. A 14 man team, all gone, like that. Just bam. Artillery ftw.
