<div class="IPBDescription">Information.</div> As a long time clanner, I feel that I have whats necessary to start up a true blue Battlefield 2 clan. This is a serious endeavor: I plan on regular practices, and use of Ventrilo over the ingame microphone.
Required:<ul><li><b>Most Important: Good Attitude</b>
If you have a good attitude, thats going to make your, and our, experience MUCH better. Absolutely required. <i>Note: It is not required to have a good/positive relationship with me. The clan is the point.</i></li><li><b>Copy of BF2(buying when it comes out, for now)</b>
Obvious.</li><li><b>4 Nights Free Per Week for Practice, Sunday Night Free for Matches</b>
4 Nights is standard clan form for practice, the more you can show up, the more we like you. Sunday is required, being it is the 'official' CAL match day.</li><li><b>Willingness to Learn</b>
This should be included in Good Attitude, but I had to point it out: You gotta be willing to take pointers, learn, and work as a team.</li><li><b>Least Important: Skill</b>
This isn't important, but it'll help you out.</li></ul>Also, I currently plan on being commander, but this is subject to change(if someone else is better). If anyone can supply a Ventrilo server(or a piece of one for another use) that would be nice too. I am <b>not</b> looking for a game server, and don't plan on getting one(unless it is for clan use only).
Lastly, realize that this clan will be friendly above all things, with competitiveness as the secondary. We won't be a social clan, but we will act like one in the way we treat eachother. Any disputes or fights will be sorted out.
Please post here if interested. Also, if we have less than 16 people in the clan, I plan on merging our team with another.
Edit: I'll begin to post people interested. Also, the name is up for discussion, but I refuse to name it Natural Selection. Otherwise, whatever.
Edit 2: Were needing 16 people total, so we may have 4 alternates, with 12 playing(its a 12v12 league).

Skill you can always develop over time, good attitude you can't.
This really interests me, but I'll have to see about that 4 nights a week thing.

I play in CAL on a CS team and believe me we've been through some terrible crap and still held together. Basically we started in CAL-O, didn't win enough in our first season. So 2nd seasson rolls around and we loose our strat caller to a CAL-IM team, once again our second season is not spectacular. 3rd season we win all but 2 of our matches and go up to CAL-IM. Play our 4th season in CAL in IM, CS:Source is released and in a move to force people over to Source CAL-IM is abolished, we didn't win enough matches to go up to CAL-M so we are kicked back down to CAL-O. Our 5th and current season we are 7-2 but have not won enough playoff rounds to make CAL-M. And through all of this we are still together and going strong. I hope that proves good attitude and dedication.
But like others as soon as school rolls around it will be my first priority. Otherwise sign me up.

Iffy on the four nights a week thing, but I'm sure I can be there at least three.
Instead of trying to create some die hard clan for a select few able to meet "demands", we should find a central location *cough #nsbf2 cough* and a vent/TS server we can gather on.

I'm not doing this just to have teamwork. I'm doing this because I want to be in the clan scene, and I figure this is the best way.
wnn summed up my response to Redford about skill. You can develop it over time, you can't develop a good attitude.

Remember: This is very much so going to be competitive. Not just looking for 'teamwork' or anything. I'm looking to get into the clanning scene with it, and bringing it somewhere.
