Vanilla ns is fun, all the plugins are a pain I try to find servers with competent players, MR isn't too bad for this, neither is IAM, LM never seems to have smart (playingwise) people on.
Do you like FF? - on Do you like anti-hack programs like CD (do you think they help)? - horrible Do you like Blockscripts ON or OFF? - off tbh Do you like places with rules that enforce no swearing (keep the swearing to a minimum)? - I dont play by there rules......... We've since come up with a better system of evaluation through demos and don't make very many false accusations and bans.

And yes, it would remind you alot of a server known as The Condomless Brothel as most players in the Mr|Community are from that server and I myself was an Admin on that server back in the 1.04 days...
When we first started the server we actually named it The Condomless Brothel (although as some would note, the name is not the greatest, but it was merely an attempt to attract some old friends back).
Anyways, the server is doing quite well for BS=1 and FF=1. We have a good player base and everyone that plays on the Mr|Server still seems to have some of that old fashioned FUN...remember that guys? That's where you actually ENJOY what you are doing...most people forget this...

Are scripts a customizable feature built into the engine? I think they are, what with all the commands written in to support them. Scripting doesn't help that much, I just don't like my poor pinky being sore the day after spamming +jump and +duck for 8 hours (it is a very skilled finger).

The fact that it's vanilla NS, devoid of the myriad plugins that threaten to ruin NS like Tribes.
