Double tap a movement key to dash(melee) or dodge(ranged) in that direction. Holding shift key with the sword allows you to block bullets and some melee attacks. Jumping at a wall at a diagonal then holding the jump key when you contact the wall allows you to wall-walk. Right-clicking with a melee weapon allows you to perform an attack that knocks opponents to the ground. Right-clicking in mid-air with a melee weapon allows you to jab the weapon into a wall which you will then hang from, you can scale high walls with this technique.

I just noticed when I tried to sign on that it says in the startup that if you're getting 'cannot connect to server' you should re-download it again :s

Has anyone had any luck getting into the game aside from Chrono and Thansal? Haven't had much luck getting in at all. All I get are the 'Cannot connect to server' and 'Server full' errors

Some nice equip I have found for low levels: Buy shoes and gloves ($100 shoes, and $50 gloves, total of 15 more AP for you)
Do not buy a shotgun unless you just realy love shotguns (like me)
Swords Pwn nubs: 1) Never just attack with a sword, always defend first. a) If they are wielding a gun most poeple don't know to shoot you in the feet (kill em when the reload) b) If you block a melee attack they are momentarily stuned and you get a charged shot 2) If you knock some one into the air, unload into their head when they land (with a gun)
Swords do NOT pwn good players: 1) if some one pulls a word just start blocking and hammer on them when they connect 2) If they are blocking and you just wana kill em, shoot their feet (most people don't know you can) 3) if some one connects with an upercut, just hit space when you are going up. you will safe fall and land on your feet <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Personaly, I think that 2 guns and a sword (or a dagger I guess) is a great combo.
I am curently wielding the basic sword and basic 2xuzis, plus my shotgun.
Having that extra clip is just realy nice. Yo can unload into them with the uzis, and then wihen they charge you just whip out the shot gun.
Once I get the $$ I will be switcinhg over to dual smgs and dual pistols (posibly revolvers)

Spam login. If you're lucky, you'll get in. With quite a number of people losing their connections now and then, you'll eventually get a place in the game.
I already have an Iron Sword and a Shotty, and gloves on my alt char (who will remain unnamed until I choose to reveal him)
Piece of advice from me, even if Thansal has mentioned it....Never, EVER, buy Shotguns, unless you are begging for deathwishes.
And if you're forced into a Melee-Melee situation, block. If the player connects with a regular attack, he will be stunned for about 1/4~1/2 of a second, and your sword will be all flashy. Hit attack, and you'll unleash a Massive Strike on them. Very handy for killing newbies <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Be aware that it wears off very quickly though.
Mmmm and on another note, everyone has Dual SMGs because it's simply the best starting weapon you can start with. 16 damage per shot, and the same amount of bullets as a regular SMG. Not to mention that it comes together with your char in the start. Throw in the Spray-and-Pray you can do with it....
Now, when people knock you down, and begin pelting your face in with Dual SMGs, that's when you begin to get frustrated <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

also, if you have problems running up a wall, remember you have to hit it DEAD on, even a slight angle = no go.

fastest way ive found to kill people is to take the sword right click it knocks them down then switch to duel uzies and just shoot them till they die

But yah, shotgun sucks, it is a nice finisher, but with a 3 round clip, you better hit fully.
