Nah they'll ship in those deep see glowing fish, Anglers and the like to light up the area. And if they explosively decompress then there'll be pretty explosions of light.
sure.. it might give you the feeling of being at peace with the sea.. or it might give you the feeling youre trapped in a submarine sunk to the bottom of the sea.. which would be cooler...
anyhow... id like to see it break.. oh or maybe someone could go down there in nothing but an oxygen tank and flippers... O_O...

Imagine all those rich yuppies eating there getting a good look at some diver's winky.
I don't think a stone is going to be able to break plexi-glass unless you are able to throw a stone well over 100+mph and it is the size of a grapefruit.
However, I would like to be one of the first people to order calamari and have them say "sorry we just ran out" and then point outside. :-)

First off, even if the place maintains 1atm, the thing would implode not explode. Second of all, they probably lets the pressure adjust normally, I mean it's only about 17 feet under. That puts you at about 1.5atm. And since they're on a staircase, even if they spend hours down there, they'll ascend slowly enough to offgas properly.
