    While the software selection on a mac (Namley games) is limited, I still love Macs for what I use them for (video editing).

    WoW runs great on em, as do all the games that I've played on Macs.

    I do hate the 1 button mice though, I always use a 2 button USB mouse w/ scrollwheel.

    And the fact that Darwin is sexy and open source makes me overly happy too.

    I've never used a Mac, but I'd <i>really</i> like Windows to have a GUI like a Mac. That's a very snazzy looking layout they have there (except for the useless dock).

    Lets see, the Mac can do more then windows could ever dream of, audio and video editing wise, not to mention their servers are the secks.

    Enough defending of the awesomeness that inspired the windows in the first place.. (Silicone valley movie anyone?).

    Videos were funny, but not very accurate. :-)

    macs are not bad computers its just you cant do anything with them. Macs are like tri-cycles, simple, just you cant do anything with them. PCs are like cars, they are all different, there are 100's of upgrades for em but can be a bigger pain in the ****.

    I think they both can be equal pains in the butt. but I have 3 simple truths for why I prefer PC's:
    1) gaming. 'nuff said
    2) right mouse click. 'nuff said
    3) I can upgrade and build it all from scratch myslef. -something I love to do. I love digging inside my pc, ripping its guts out and and putting in faster, stronger, more powerful, more expensive guts.

    The reason I don't like apple in general is that they seem to have no problem at all sacrificing power/usablity for style.

    And for anyone that claims windows was a ripoff of the mac interface, what do you have to say about Xerox's contributions to the field?

    if you hate mac, but love the new aqua interface of MAC OS X TIGER for XP , i can help you

    so what if the UI is different, that is like saying that everything but windows blows dead bears b/c you are not familiar with the UI (and that will call down the wrath of linux fanbois on you).

    And after that, well, nothing wrong (barring lack of games)
