if theres 2 skulks in the base theres a good chance theres a third one as well, camping your chair.

anyways, i made revised versions of the bases

If you have an obs in base you should know how many skulks there are there anyways.

Yes yes! Ips in the open, everything else against walls!

On comms on as defense: you're in deep trouble if you die - you can't bacon if the skulks are on the ips, and you can't relocate. It's risky.

If it's one skulk, you can probably handle it. Two... you better be good.

Comm with an hmg or even heavy armor = no fade will be able to harass your base <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

One marine+1-2 packs of mines is usually enough to defend base/build. The marine should be able to handle up to 2 skulks at once, and delay/weaken any more enough for the comm to finish them.

then you can't beacon anyways, so you might as well yell at your marines and chair jump either way.
