Pan Fried Ramen
What you need:
1 pkg Ramen (what ever flavor you like)
2 Cups Water
1-2 tblspoons butter
2 Tablespoons Flour
Frozen vegies and/or fresh veggies (I use forzen corn, peas and fresh scalions)
Make the ramen as perusual (it is best to leave it sorta stiff still).
Near the end toss in your veggies so they have time to thaw/cook.
Once your ramen is done spoon your noodles/veggies outa the liquid and into a fry pan with your butter (you can use other types of oil, I just hapen to like butter).
Recook the noodles untill browned (I tend to cook them for a long time so everything browns and crisps).
Once the ramen is recooked sprinkle your flour over it (mix it in some) and then slowely pour in your liquid.
If all goes right you will have a thing sauce to go with your fried noodles. If the sauce is not thickenough you need special flour tha will not clump when mixed directly with liquid.

Ingrediants
Box of Vanallia wafer cookies
Bag of "fun sized" individualy wrapped York peppermint pattys
Bag of shredded Coconut
Green Food Coloring
*Red colored small semi sweet chocholate cooking wafers (discs) can be found in bulk foods section of grocery store or in baking section.
*sesame seeds
*honey
*optional ingrediants
Take 2 vanallia wafer cookies. This is your "bun".
Place one unwrapped small fun sized peppermint patty in between them for your "hamburger patty".
place some shredded coconut into a bowl and mixf in some green food coloring to make it green. This green coconut will serve as "shredded lettuce".
Place some green coconut on top of the peppermint paddy.
No just finish by adding the second vanallia wafer on top
EXTRA
if you want too, you can sprad a small amount of honey on top of the top bun and sprinkle on some seasame seeds for extra detail.
You can also add one of the small red cholocate disks on top of the green coconut to serve as a tomato slice.
And there you have it, a mini hamburger. When you re done and look down at them they are about the size of a US quarter. These make good party foods and such.

one tortilla
one bag of shredded cheese
and your choice of salsa, diced jalepenos or whatever.
put some shredded cheese on tortilla
place in microwave for 1 minute
put salsa or whatever on tortilla
roll up
eat
rinse and repeat.
Anyways, start boiling some sort of pasta. Rice Noodles are my favorite, gives it more fo a thai feel, though penne also works well. I haven't tried other pastas, but probably most anythign would work.
While thats boiling cut up some brocolli heads in to bit sized chunks.
Mince some garlic, if you can get your hands on fresh... garlic powder works fine too.
in the bowl your going to serve (or if your the loner type, eat ) it in scoop out some penut butter. I recommend chunky, as it saves you the step of having to chop up peanuts to ssprinkle on top.
Add the garlic to the peanut butter, a lot of chili powder, and if you've got it some crush reed peppers.
About this time the water for the pasta should be just about boiling.....pour a little bit in with the peanut butter and stir, it should melt the peanut butter into a sauce. Add more water until you've reached teh consistancy you want.
About a minute, maybe two, before the pasta is done throw the brocolli in with pasta.. Then strain, throw into the peanut butter sauce and mix.
This ends up tasting really good, and takes me all of about 10-15 minutes to do.... and only dirtys two dishes.
Cheesecake and sausage-meat-paté sandwhich.
2 slices of bread (buttered if you wish)
1 dollop of plain cheesecake spread out evenly on 1st slice of bread
1 dollop of sausage-meat-paté spread out evenly on the 2nd slice
Squash them together. Cut into little triangles, and *drools*

Seafood Alfredo
- thawed seafood, usually: medium shrimp, lobster cuts, crab cuts, oyster
- fettucine pasta
- alfredo sauce
- chives
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder
Boil the pasta till it's done. Add alfredo sauce, stir, add spices to taste. Add seafood and mushrooms (you can also just substitute chicken pan-fried with olive oil - I also add sliced onion if I'm using chicken), stir.
Mushroom Chicken Stew
- Cream of Mushroom soup
- sliced onion
- boneless chicken breasts
- olive oil
- rice
- sliced mushrooms
- salt, pepper
Set the rice on and heat the soup. Pan-fry the chicken with the oil till lightly browned, then throw in the mushrooms and onion and stir-fry it all together for just a minute, then toss it all in the soup and let it simmer. Salt & pepper it to taste, then serve on rice. I usually shred the chicken, but you can also just leave it as-is and serve it on the side, and pour the soup over it.
Dumplings Ramen
- the usual instant ramen package
- egg
- mung bean sprouts
- dumplings
- green onion stalks, chopped
- sesame oil
- soy sauce
- leek
- cooked meat, like leftovers - beef, chicken, fishcake, whatever
Boil water, add leek and dumplings, a dash of oil and soy. Let them simmer a bit, till the dumplings are done and leeks soft, then take them out of the water. Cook the ramen - when it's done add the flavor packet, stir. Drop heat to low, then crack an egg or two, dump them into the soup, and stir - the eggs should become wispy as they cook. At this point, add sprouts, onion, meat, and put the leek and dumplings back in. Add more oil and soy if you like it.
