    Assuming you have mIRC, click on the stack of crayons, select the big box (but not on any text), select black, then ok. I prefer light grey background myself.

    For a bit of irc nostalgia that seemed like a massive netsplit to me back when 29 users was alot of people in the channel....

    edit - On a more useful note if you're having trouble connecting to gamesurge go to the website and find out the specific address for a server near you and connect to that they're having some problems getting the generic irc.gamesurge.net mask to connect to real servers.

    That's not really much. I idle in pretty much the same amount of channels, but I know of some people who idle in 2+ servers at a time, in atleast 4 channels on each server. >_>

    Isn't there a limit to the total number of channels one can idle on? Or is that a mIRC thing? My mIRC has 2 Gamesurge and 1 Quakenet servers running with me using 3 seperate users, idling on 21 channels total (most are necessary btw).

    If anyone's interested I have a config available that allows you to do this.
