Help Me Find The Song

<div class="IPBDescription">helpers unite!</div> Have been searching the net for 3 hours now and i have forgot the lirycs.The singer was a woman and it was something like "im sitting by the road nana isnt there noone to care for(dont know if it was "care for"), isnt there noone to ahahhaaaa(yeh this was in the song, atleast its how i remember it being).Then one part was something like" its a dayy oooold..."(cant remember more).

The song went like nanananaa nananaa nanananaa nana naa.

    Well I think I know what song you mean... it goes like nananananaaaaa... naananaaa...naaa naaa... is that it?

    Googling naanaa noises doesn't work too well, unfortunately.

    Might it be: "Vaya con Dios - Neh Nah Neh"?
    That's the only song I know with those kind of "nanana" bits.

    Don't think it's in fact sung "na na na" but that's how the rhythm/tempo goes.. basic humming rhythm at least. Or am I wrong?

    well yeh it was meant to be the rythm but i know it is just a nananaaa to some of you.I just tought maybe someone just listened to this song and rememberd, the nananaaa would have helped a little.

    Well it would help if you mentioned the genre of music. Was it sung fast or slow? what kind of musical instruments...     As much as it is somewhat catchy..why Avril? Her "singing" is more like screaming...and it pierces the ears.
