    Here's how you deal with the shield babies:

    Just before they jump, they lose their shield and only need one hit and you get twice the points for shooting them in the air.

    edit: tried a couple more times, 37th not bad for dying almost instantly on the bonus rounds.

    Got 29th on level 8 wtih 980,060 points... would have beaten lvl 8, but I got an "upgrade" midway thru that took half my HP away... BASTARDS!!!
