Wow.. what is so hard to get about it?
Nobody is saying that the ban should be a public poll. All that is being said is that it should be investigated by an authority (perhaps some higher-ups in CAL) that is not part of the current CAL-NS admins (or anyone related to them). This way there will be an unbiased review of the case to see who (if anyone) was in the wrong.
If there is controversy around the ban, then it should be looked into. If you don't know wherein lies the controversy, read back in the topic instead of just hopping on the bandwagon. There are plenty of good points that indicate it.
In case you never get it, Minstrel is showing you a hex-edited demo which replaced a hacker's steamID with Hsu's. This can easily be done and is more proof that pub demos cannot be trusted. It's too easy to engineer evidence outside of official matches. That has been one of the most important points.
