    Hmmm...
Depends on the people you play with.. But here is a few pointers.

The second hive is important. So is RTs.

I would suggest that you begin your ns_map training by saving for the second hive. You need 40 res for hive and 10 for going gorge.
Why the hive and not RTs? Well. I´ve noticed on many pub server people seem to overlook the hive (thinking some one else is taking care of it). Your team will thank you and you can observe other gorges building methods without feeling guilty. After a while you get to know what works and what doesnt.

    As for upgrade chambers.

DC´s. If starting chamber build in your first hive. Later in game build them as healing depots for the bigger aliens ( close to marine spawn, key locations and such)

MC´s. If starting chamber build in your first hive and atlest one in your second (even if the second hive is not built yet). Aliens can "use" an MC to teleport to a hive under attack even if it´s still building. This way aliens can protect their second hive while only being a few seconds from their first.
Late game MC´s have little use other than a transit system between hives ( one in each hive is a rule).

SC´s If starting chamber build atleast one in your hive and scatter all other over a large area. Try to build them in hard to get places so the marines wont stumble upon them. Best scenario is when you can move anywhere on the map without uncloaking. Observatorys however negate SC cloaking effect so don´t try to build one in marine spawn hoping it will cloak you.

RT´s. Wich RT to get first. This all depends on the map but a good rule is the RT´s as far away from marine spawn as possible aswell as the ones close to your starting hive.

Another note on RT´s. They cost 15 res. You start with 25. That means you probably only get to build one and little else early game.... so protect it. And after you built it you might want to skulk again to help your team delay the marines.

    Hope it helps a little.

Heh, the forums won't really explain it for you. Ask around on NS servers and play ALOT of NS, not CO. You have to have real experience, not just people telling you what to do on the forums. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Here are a couple things you can do, that are never the wrong thing to do:
    1. The second the game starts, run to the nearest RT, go gorge, and drop it.
    2. If you have enough res to drop a hive and there is a hive that is open and doesn't have any marines near it, then drop the hive.

These two things can help your team a lot, regardless of whatever else you do.

Remember, everyone started out as bad as you did. Practice makes perfect.
