World Of Warcraft "disscussion"

Guilds, screenshots, chars, whatever!
Well, WoW is pretty popular. I know a lot of people might want to disscuss some things, or show some cool screenshots, tell about something that happened to you last night thats so totally awesome your pants keep comming off on their own. Post your guild (if you're not part of the "offical" NS guild on the two "offical" servers that is) and a website, no matter how crude it is.
I think its a fact that we cant discuss anything on the regular WoW boards. Besides moving too fast, its all mostly a bunch of whining. I mean, for god sakes, we've got a dead gnome in UC that reads "plznerfwotf"
Desperate.
Anyways, starting us off I suppose, here's my guild's webbie. Just got it started today, and since forums are pretty easy to manage once you figure them out, and less of a hassle than building your own website, thats why our main page is this. There isnt much, and all of our guildies are still getting registered, but its something to look at. Oh, if your on the Archimonde server as horde any time soon, drop me a note (xenth) and I'll invite ya if you'd like.
Well er.. uh. Start disscussing? ^^; I'd like to see some cool screenshots or hear some stories.

I havent quite come of ganking age yet. Almost there. I'm starting a shield/sword warrior, something new, but hes offensive. Specc'd completly in parry and shield spec so hes much harder to hit to make up for his lack of pure ownage. I give casters a run for their money in duels, we'll have to see how it works out in PvP.
Just tonight the Alliance raided Brill, which was probably the most pathetic show of character on their side. Level 60's raiding a level 5 - 12 town. Brillant planning, alliance, they'll never catch you now!
Anywho, after being ganked once (gasp, I was in the middle of a duel, just like everyone else at the time.. it was a friggen duel fest) I ressed after the fight was over and my flag was off. I saw a really high level priest raising Alliance, and I thought, ah, what the hell. So I threw bloodrage into full go, shield **** slapped her, and ran for the hills.
I escaped with three HP and a hero's welcome!
17 Elf rogue named Loganov on deathwing
27 human paladin named matahari on eredar.

He made some huge thread about it on the cal forums though:

OMJ! What should I be?
Haven't dueled a Pally since before the downer-of-dps patch, but if they are near as strong as they were, they still need a nerf. Big.
Warriors need a buff out the butt.
Shamans need a nerf.
Druids need nerfs on certain DPS things(in normal form), and need a buff to their buffs.
Rogues need to get higher evasion.
Priests need a buff, and need 1 decent damaging spell(i.e., not ulta-crap Smite)
Hunters need to be nerfed in early game, buffed in late.
More quests are needed at level 34/35 for Alliance/both.
Otherwise, I love it. And funny kuperaye, my buddies that are level 60 all say the game is still tons of fun with tons of things to do at 60. They've been there about as long as you too. Hmm. Who knows.
Commie, just walk to the Zepplin outside Org and do your quests in Tyrisfall, it's doable, I did it with my priest

Paladins are fine now, they only win duels when they use ALL their assests, and the only way to beat one is to do the same. Heal when he heals, etc.
Shaman are fine also In my opinion. The only "iffy" ability is frost shock because they can easily kite melee chars
Druids are amazingly weak at combat I've noticed. I had a 13 druid who would end combat with +2 mobs with a sliver of HP. (In bear frm)
Rogues evasion is fine in my opinion, its served me well the past 44 levels, and I think that 80% dodge is pretty sweet (50% with evasion, additional 30% I have already)
Shadow preists are reason enough to not buff damage spells
Hunters are "meh" I have no opinion on them.
They also desperately neeed a nice fat quest stack for level 36-42ish. Running constantly Cathedral runs was BORING.
I see where kupes coming from, at level 60 theres not much left other than ganking, maybe running scholo/UBRS/sunken....etc.
It goes without saying the soulshard system needs reworking. (Before my rogue I had a mid level warlock)

That was my first char ever, lvl17 warlock. He's cute. I have trouble staying with one character though....right now I have 1 lvl 17, a lvl 16, two lvl 15's, and a lvl 12. So far I like hunter and preist the most.
I'm Guffy and Mulletcd @ Dragonmaw

They same with shammy. Though reincarnation is useless now, besides ressurecting in instances.

I couldn't think of a more yawnsome class if I tried. Your combat is quite possibly the most uninvolved thing since progress quest... seriously XD
The reason rogues are so common other than them being fun damage dealers is because combat is pretty fast and active with them.
I'm not playing them these days because I loathe the fact half the abilities are on 5 minute timers :/

I wish I had that on my Troll rogue. Troll chicks are HAWT. It's true, and you know it.

I'd been avoiding PvP like the plague until this last weekend... finally ventured into Stonetalon and started questing there and have opened up the flight paths in Thousand Needles, Hillsbrad Foothills, and even Ashenvale (which, at least on Azgalor, = gank city).
On Saturday I was in the southern barrens, doing a quest from camp T and exploring towards Thousand Needles, when a group of 3 alliance come trotting up - 22 night elf rogue, 21 hunter, and 20 gnome mage. They start killing the thunder lizards I'm trying so valiantly to kill. Fortunately they weren't doing enough damage and I kept getting the kills, but they kept circling and taunting me (I was early 24 at the time). Finally they got bored and ran off, but one lizard tagged the mage and slowed him down, so he lagged way behind the others.
I charged. Immediately the rogue and hunter came running back, so I backed off and kept them to my front, and just as they closed to striking range I flipped on retaliation and used my built-up rage from the mage to cleave and heroic strike left and right. Almost all of my items are strength or agility bonuses, and I also have all 5 points in the +% chance of criticals talent. Within mere seconds, both were on the ground dead. The mage was the one doing the real damage, lobbing fireballs from afar (but not healing). I went after him, but unfortunately aggroed a thunder lizard and didn't survive. How embarrassing.
It was close enough to camp t, though, that I got to my body fast and was able to quickly heal before the mage came back, and he lasted all of about 2 hits, as he still wasn't fully healed from dancing around the thunder lizards and I landed a quick crit on my first blow. Just a moment later, the rogue and hunter resed again, and just as I charged them again a level 22 troll shaman showed up to give me healing support and various other buffs. Even with the arrival of one of their gnome warlock friends, not one stood a chance. I barely took another hit (aside of a poly, heh) and laid waste to them once again.
Then I died again from nearby monsters. Damned hecklefangs... those level 23+ ones are a little mean :o
I don't know what to say, I just got bored of it.
I'm going to try to hold out til level 20 like everyone is saying I should though.
Tradeskills are a blast too. I like blacksmithing a lot. I adore making my own armor which is usually better than the usual green items you find, and better than vendor, not counting what our guild enchanter can do for no (or a very very small) fee.
More people need to join Archimonde...
edit: here is a good landscape shot.. I have another good one too. uh, note that the wolf on the right hand side is supposed to be viewed as sleeping, not dead.
..everyone post some more purdy screenshots. Keep the sizes undewr 800 by 600 if you can please, thanks..!
