Future Career? Or Current!

oooo spiffy
For most of my life now I have always wanted to join the Military. Since year 9 at secondry school I have had different choices ranging from the Royal Marines to the RAF.
This time next year I will be joining the RAF Gunners (More info on the gunners can be found by clicking ME). On a basic note the RAF gunners were set up during WW2, after finding that the British Army could not protect the RAF bases well enough overseas and at home the RAF decided to take steps in producing the new protection force which still lives today.
However if it doesnt come together i'll join the Navy as a clearence diver (setting mines and getting rid of them).
So theres my future plans, whats yours? Or if your in your job, what is it?

I think he should feel prouder for actually serving. I'm sure there's lots of people who could serve in all sorts of things but don't.
I shall create a seperate topic on this ...

My future is whatever I feel like doing any given day.
So yeah. Psychologist. Maybe forensic psychology. But I'll probably end up working in McDonalds for 15 years.

Best job EVAR.
I did go to college for business admin (didn't take much for that baechlors degree), in addition to ancient religion/cultures, english literature/composition, and of course automotive engineering.
Sadly with where I live there is little call for any of that, so I tend to do freelance translations for people around here, in addition to automotive repair/rebuild/enhancing. Occasionally I do fix computers, but I am not half as knowledgable as some of you on here.
Quite possibly the most dangerous job in the military....why would you want to do that.....

Well because my cusand was a clearence diver, got the top ranking no-commised officer in the navy and trained some of the best (like the SAS and SBS) he also trained some of the yank SF too. Qaulity job and hes such a quality bloke! plus he introduced me to red wine on my 18th woohooo
Good try to turn that Bachelor's Degree into being a film producer. I've managed to make alot of connections at Austin Studios in Austin, Texas so I think out of college I've allready got a job
(New York area- anyone got anything? I'm a competent windows and linux sysadmin)
Cannon Fodder .
I plan on graduating college from the University of Houston so that I may direct, hopefully, a high school band. However, I can settle with teaching at a middle school for a while.
I also hope to play in some sort of symphony later on in my life.

Yep, incidently, Cannon Fodder is one of the most realistic games I've had the joy of playing. Grenades wipe out your squad real easy, and lets not mention the RPG's.
That and in this current day that song seems somehow relavant.

Wet t-shirt competitions by day, vampire hunter by night!
But arnt all the hot chics either working or learning during the day?
Are you sure you don't want to be a wet vampiress t-shirt competition runner? I think that would be even more exciting. Trying to get the shirt wet while watching your neck...sounds like a challenge to me...
I always hated the concept of "career" though... like your Job can define you as a person. We have way too much of that in the states. You know, I read that in France its actually considered rude to ask what somebody does for a living? Aparently they just don't think that how you make your money is all that important.
Maybe a NASCAR driver. Or a film director. Or both, and a historian in my spare time.
