<div class="IPBDescription">plz gimme the link i search</div> i wanna know what will happen to this super chambers like 8 OCs and / or 8 DC are in one and u ve to fire damn much nades, cause u can only hit one.
well i dont know why the nade area affect is useless against em but siege still work normal.

In past OC increase firerate if movement was next to, what did happen to this MC ability ?

i ve searched but i dont find answer so i ask, maybee u can give me link to

    they got rid of some of the features your talking about due to balance issues.

    Well, nem, after scrounging the post he wants to know what happened to sinking chambers, IE putting eight DCs and eight OCs on top of eachother, shooting the one on top with spit, sinking, rinse and repeat about sixteen times.

    The other is MCs used to speed up OC fire in a changelog. ..what did happen to that, anyways?

    haze is right with the chambers sinking or be dropped together so there are lots of chambers within another / each other, well i wanna know why i cant hit em all with grenades. The chambers inside seems to be protected from grenade area effect.

    Each object that you can shoot (player or turret) has a hitbox surrounding it, molded to the model's shape. When you shoot at the model, if the bullet hits the hitbox, the hit is counted and health is taken away, but if it misses, it doesnt count. The chambers' hitboxes in the center of the "all in one chamber" are blocked by the chambers more towards the outside, so the damage doesnt go to them.

    I believe it's because entities as such (buildings, etc.) block volumetric blasts such as grenade explosions or Xenocide. Brushes seem to have a similar effect, but as far the the bare-bone specifics go, I'm no expert.

    Chambers sinking into each other, which produces this effect, is a known bug which has yet to be cracked. <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/bt/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0000947' target='_blank'>Bug 0000947</a>

    Brushes dont block splash damage.

    you can still build chambers inside each other. in fact, i do it a lot

    The ability of MC's to speed up OC firing rate (and hive spawning rate) was removed during 2.0 testing, before the public ever got to see it.

    Did the MC speeding up the Oc firing rate really unbalance it a lot?

    I'm really curious about this feature, I must have missed it in a changelog.

    yeah i wish that feature could have made to the public betas.

    oh and about that other thing, i just call it a hat, i look straight up as a gorge, press, say, 66777 that makes 2 oc and 3 dc fall through me and all land in the exact same spot.

    It could be considered one, although its not a major issue at all. With the current res model its a rare sight, costing <b>160 res</b>, which isnt exactally easy to come up with.

    the only problem with doing this, is if the dc is slightly offset, the oc wont be able to fire in a certain direction due to the dc's hitbox blocking it
