    Make sure you have your eyes closed. It isn't as good feeling when they're open. And play with the frequency to see what feels best, I prefered around 7-8.

    Well, he missunderstood Hz if nothing else. A full period is on AND off, 1Hz means on and off once every second, not on one second, off the other.

    There is no possibillity that you can do a double blind test on this which means that you have to rely on yourself to tell if it works. History has shown time and time again that it is practically impossible to tell if something has any effect on you or not if it isn't a very major effect.

    For example, in a double blind study of acupuncture you will find that it works quite well, but it will work just as well if you just make decent conversation and stick the needless in confidently in all the "wrong" places.

    i made it light green and just lost it. I immediately started laughing very hard for no apparent reason. I don't know.. wow. my friend told me i was crazy. it didn't make me laugh on white though, no matter what the frequency. i like this thing. kinda fun.

    :edit: i made my friend look at it and he couldn't stop himself from at least cracking a smile. maybe because i was tromping around the room laughing my head off and falling over. i intend to test this contraption on people! bring parents, friends, etc etc in here and tell them to close their eyes without them knowing what is going to happen. we'll see how things turn out.
