    I think this thing works more by power of suggestion than anything else. Think about it, we've all read the forums, and their website, and it says in the program what the various lengths are supposed to do. So you set it to 4 hz, start the program, and you just sit there, staring at the screen and thinking, "is this relaxing me?". Furthermore, it's a period of time where one stops his frantic clicking and typing and just sits back and stares for a while. That will naturally relax someone, at least physiologically.

    OMG WTH SEIZURE!

    I think I'm like in the middle between sezure and none seizure....I don't even know if I'm epileptic, and it's not affecting me o.O;
    Although I do feel more awake after setting it to full blast with blood red :O
    EDIT : It seems like it can blow up your monitor as well...wth?
    DOUBLE EDIT : I don't know if it's just me, or it's really great for raves o.O;
    TRIPLE EDIT : Sweet lord, someone try 1 Hz with Dark grey. It makes you feel sleepy.....should be nifty!

    QUADRUPLE EDIT : I just realized I have to watch it with my eyes closed...nubcaek'd!

    When I went to 30hz or whatever the fastest is, I closed my eyes to begin with cuz I was scared....haha!
