The web crosshair wasn't disabled...I played with it last night.
And I just have to say that now...bast is awesome. Not sure if I already said this, but so are gorges.

The medpack skin's changing, it's based on a design by Supernorn, who also supplied updated sprites. The other upgrade models will stay the same, however.

I remember during the beta tests for 2.0 people were saying sensory first was going to be a viable first chamber. It did become more useful than in 1.04, but it still couldn't compete with the frequency of dms, in pub or clan play. I hope this isn't the case for the current setup.

In my opinion...now, not only is SC an option, it is THE option. Probably every other ame I play, SC is chosen first now, with MC second, and if we get a third hive, DCs go up. It's that good...but that's my opinion. If I were to guess, I've seen SCs first 50-60% of the time, MCs 30-40% of the time, and DCs first 10%. However, that's still a lot better than it was before.
SCs FTW. I'm expecting a nerf to SC next beta build.
About angst - I've played it once or twice, it seemed fine to me. I'd say more than half of the map stayed the same (most of the back way, most of MS, most of alien spawn, some of the front way).

Re: SCs. A part of their popularity is certainly connected to them being new. Once people had time to get used to them, their frequency will reduce itself a little. Also, cloaking is currently above the line in so far that it's supposed to offer frist-strike capabilities, not nigh-to permanent invisibility. The idea is to give aliens a chance at closing in unseen, but becoming visible with their first attack, thus making ramboing that much less likely without of overpowering groups. We're working on it.
It does in some configurations. We were able to reproduce it and are taking steps to reduce such exploit's effectivity. It's nice to see that you're so certain of yourself, but please try to allow for the chance that your PC and its properties are not the end-all.

Seeing that all I've seen to back this up was rumors and "I once saw a guy on a server that did X etc" stories, I have no reason to think so. The visibility of cloaking depends on many other aspects. But thanks a lot for enlightning me.
