For the rines, it will actually help make seiging hives satisfying. instead of sitting there and pinging the hive, and watching the comm rack up seige kills, you'll be fighting to keep your last TF and Seige's up, against a neverending wave of skulks, and whatever else they can throw at you. So when that hive drops, just before the last TF does, it'll be all the more satisfying.
And the aliens won't have to sit through endless rounds of "hop on the DC for survival", or "see how far you can get from the hive before it gets shot again".

Nowadays marines siege and thats it game over most of the time a few times alien team gets lucky and force marines back and destroy tf's but not often!
With the changes marines will have to protect their tf's properly rather than just sit there doing bugger all when the sieges start going off!
I love this (i say again lol). In almost every game I've played aliens it's ended by seige when Aliens have 1 have left. To show you how bad it is I'll list the stats.
We have to beg the marines to march in and kill the hive.
