    Actually, Cortex, just last night I went into the default LMG and deleted all the faces that never get seen in game. Turns out there were about 600 of them. I took the LMG down from 1680 polys to 1073 with absolutely no difference in quality. I was surprised, really. Such poly waste. I'll PM the model to you, since I'm not going to release it anytime soon. If anyone else wants it, PM me; don't reply to this thread about it.

    i havent checked the 3.0 models but i did check the 2.0x models and they already had backfaces deleted

    Great job, it looks fantastic.

    One thing that gave me the willies about the default LMG model is that the scope clips the camera when you reload. I assume it doesn't with this model?

    In either case, you've done an awesome job there.

    Chrono: The 3.0 models do have backfaces deleted. It's just that the LMG doesn't have as many backfaces deleted as it <i>could</i> have.
