<div class="IPBDescription">Whoo for helpthreads</div> So we've got this nifty little classroom, with 5.1 surround,
and smartboards and oter gadgety things. We always wanted
to have this little "Move Evening" and on day, one of us brought
a dvd.
Well the problem is, that after sticking the dvd into our PC, it all works
fine 'n' all, but THE BLOODY PROJECTOR won't show anything.
Just nothing at all. They're connected through an S-Video cable.
We tryed watching some other videos, like RvB, but they just show the same thing.
If you press the right mous button, the options pop up thingy shows just fine,
but where you'd normally be seeing video, you just see black.
It can't be the codecs nor the players, since it shows up just
fine on the PC screen.

You may try to check the vid card's options. A "quick-fix" is to set the projector as "Primary Monitor".
