It's not illegal par se, we're just arguing that google will very likely either modify the amount of space available (UNLIKELY) or change the ToS in order that 3rd party "uploaders" are disallowed. I'm not sure the clause WHO cited covers it though. Like I said, google's done it before with 3rd party notifiers, so no reason they wouldn't do it with something a hundred times more threatening.

That's not so easy when you're backing up a hundred MP3s. GMAILFS makes it convenient to upload hundreds of files at once, which would completely flood google's hard drives.

For those of you that havent realized it yet, there is a really simple way around that 10MB filesize limit. Simply rar your content, and split the rar into 10,000,000 byte pieces. Im uploading the first episode of Bleach like this, just to see if GMailFS really works.

If they're rich, arrogant, and walking really fast, then I'd pocket it.
