with all due respect Aliens as a team are much easier to play...you attack attack attack...apart from if the odds are too much against you when you wait then atatck. If you're on the defensive you attack, and if you're on the offensive you attack. If you stop off at mcdonalds for some fries you god damn well attack!
Bots playing marines though? Kind of lacks the very human element needed to cope with the changes that happen during a game. This is why it's harder to play against a real person on WC3 (for instance) than it is to play the computer.

I personally think losing with marines is much more fun and not half as humiliating, as losing with aliens.
Marines endgame. They get to hold out in some time with turtling and some funny alien bashin' before the oni enters and ends it all quick.
Alien endgame. They get spawn killed time after time without being capable of doing any resistance, while the hive is slowly going down and everything they labored to built is gone as soon as the siege begins. It's not fun to just die 10 times at spawn because of 5 HAs running around.
