Hrm... Probably Canada->England, if I had to. The only things I don't like about Canada are the temperatures and the fact that the selection of computer hardware sucks crap.

I'd move to Camerica, which is the extremely small country located on the bridge over Niagara falls. Not quite Canadia, not quite America, in very much the same manner as Amexico, but not at all like Texaco.
I have a List. I want to get out of here kinda bad. I think.
Philippines to... -Singapore, cause that's where I grew up and I miss my friends -New Zealand, cause it's bloody beautiful. I could become a hermit there or something -England, cause I have a weird thing for England
Not "would" but "will" in that title for me. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Why would the US follow a treaty that penalizes them while aiding its competitors? If everyone was required to reduce emissions thats one thing. But what was suggested would have devastated our industry.
To stay on topic:
If I HAD to emigrate (I really wouldnt want to) I would go to Antarctica and carve out my own little fortress of solitude.
What if you HAVE to, such as Canada is suddenly frozen like a popsicle or is totally submerged or there's a nuclear holocaust in there?
I would never leave France in the forseeable future, but if I really have to <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

America to Japan or S. Korea. About the two best places for a non-Western society that isn't overpopulated, economically screwed, or just crappy places to live. Japan has incredibly low crime rates and an awesome education system as well.
