When I browse my computer with a program (like msn messenger -send option here) I get this in the "browse" window:

<img src='http://www.kotiposti.net/taavitsainen/wth.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />

And uhm, it shows EVERYTHING in a form like that. What did just happen? (using winxp pro)

    Language h7x.

    Does this still happen when you browse your computer through the normal "My Computer" shortcut?

    Are we talking about the fact that the icons are all the generic windows-shortcut icon?

    Yes, there are no Icons showing up, and this is the view of "My Computer"

    A foreign person has become trapped within your 'Personal Computer'. This strange language is merely a cry for help. Guide the little dude home.

    Coby, start by uninstalling that Messenger Plus crap you made me install. It totally screwed up my comp. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Would TweakUI's "Rebuild Icons" function fix this? Might be worth trying out... although, I think that function only applies to desktop icons.

    i suggest: <a href='http://www.natemc.com/tech003.php' target='_blank'>http://www.natemc.com/tech003.php</a>

    something went haywire and moved their icon allocations from the shell32.dll, you probably have other problems with this computer you havent noticed yet. the above link shows how to manually fix each icon, but not what may have caused the problem.
